Volunteer for Season Roles — Step up to be a Team Rep for Varsity, JV or Freshman for the 2022 Season. - Volunteer to chair a committee (Senior Night Committee Chair remains open). - Assist with game day setup/tear down and fan experience duties (announcer, walk up music, etc.). - Volunteer as a Team photographer or assist with game streaming. - Volunteer for shifts in the snack bar and/or assist with game day player lunches. Corporate Sponsorships and Donations— Engage the community by soliciting sponsorship from local businesses to support the baseball program. Please refer to the Corporate Sponsorship Packet on our website for detailed information on the various sponsorship levels. Solicit local restaurants for assistance with game day lunches. Please contact Monte Anderson or Brandi Wade for questions or to share leads for potential sponsors.
Fundraising — support fundraising by heading events and volunteering your time. There is opportunity for involvement for everyone! Please contact Monte Anderson, Director of Fundraising.
Encourage friends and family to take advantage of the Kiwanis Tax Credit fundraiser. This is a separate tax credit from the public school extracurricular tax credit. Please see additional details under Kiwanis Fundraiser information.
Snack Bar— parents please volunteer to work shifts during each of the home games. Please note: If each family volunteers just 2 times during the season, coverage for the shifts will be shared across all 3 levels — Varsity, JV and Freshman. Please contact Lorri Bucholz to help. Sign up Genius will be used to send out shift schedules. Tax Credit - Encourage friends and family to take advantage of the Tax Credit program and designate the donation to Pinnacle Baseball. Available to anyone filing Arizona State Taxes, you/they can donate to the Pinnacle Baseball program through the Arizona State Tax Credit program. Maximum Tax Credit that can be taken is $400 for joint filers and $200 for single filers. Please refer to Pinnacle HS Website for
