Our Coaching Philosophy: Our coaching philosophy is to use athletics as a vehicle to learn essential life skills that will prepare our student-athletes to be leaders throughout their lives. Everything we do as a program has a purpose. Our coaches will lead with a positive, encouraging attitude and take pride in positive reinforcement, while instilling a high level of accountability. We pay attention to detail, focus on building fundamentals, and building belief in our players. Under our guidance, our student-athletes will excel in the classroom, compete with confidence on the baseball field, and build elite character through our program.
